Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HuryMart website and mobile applications (the "Platform"), operated by HuryMart ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Account & OTP login

Access requires verifying your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Products & pricing

Product images are for representation only and may vary slightly from the actual item. Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by location. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or limit an order due to stock unavailability, serviceability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case any amount paid will be refunded per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout; this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery is available only within our serviceable areas. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Payments

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways; HuryMart does not store your payment credentials.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

You may cancel an order before it is packed for delivery. Once out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full process and timelines.

8. User conduct

• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to defraud HuryMart or other users.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Do not misuse promotional codes or referral programs.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or provide false delivery information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The HuryMart name, logo, and all content on the Platform (design, text, graphics, software) are owned by or licensed to HuryMart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuryMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HuryMart against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or deactivate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the Platform.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
