Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
HuryMart ("HuryMart", "we", "us", "our") operates the HuryMart website and mobile applications (together, the "Platform") that let you order groceries and daily essentials for fast delivery. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, collected when you sign up or log in via one-time password (OTP).
Delivery information — saved addresses and, with your permission, your device's live GPS location, used to check serviceability and route your order to a nearby delivery partner.
Order information — items purchased, order value, payment method, and order history.
Payment information — we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways; we only receive a payment status and transaction reference.
Device & usage information — IP address, device identifiers, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics, collected automatically to keep the Platform reliable and secure.
Communications — messages you send to customer support, and your notification preferences.
2. How we use your information

- To improve the Platform through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
