Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work on HuryMart.

1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for free from the "My Orders" section as long as it hasn't been packed for delivery yet. Because we deliver quickly, this window can be short — once an order is packed or handed to a delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled from the app; please contact support instead.

2. Cancellation by HuryMart

We may cancel all or part of an order if:

• An item turns out to be out of stock after the order is placed.
• Your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area.
• Payment could not be verified or was flagged as suspicious.
• There was a genuine pricing or listing error.

In all such cases, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

3. Non-cancellable / non-returnable items

Because groceries and perishables (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, bakery items) are delivered fresh, they generally cannot be returned once delivered, except for quality or delivery issues covered below.

4. Damaged, wrong, missing, or expired items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or past its expiry date, report it within 24 hours of delivery through the app's "Help" section on that order, along with a photo where applicable. We will verify and offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item — no questions asked for genuine issues.

5. Refund process & timelines

• Prepaid orders (UPI/card/net banking): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide, within 5–7 business days.
• You'll receive an in-app and SMS/email update once a refund is initiated.

6. How to request a refund

Go to "My Orders" → select the order → "Help with this order", or write to support@hurymart.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
